Meet the Family
Marty, the President of our company, started working in his family business at the age of 16, rough grading, finish grading, solving drainage issues, seeding and sodding until he married in 1980, because of his early training he is called upon by the federal government, local cities and schools to help resolve difficult drainage issues. He has worked alongside our contractors and developers to design residential subdivisions that meet all the needs of the community.
Cyndi has worked alongside her husband to create Lawns Unlimited in May of 1980, incorporating in July of 1987. Cyndi specializes in turf grass, plant species growth habits, physical needs and urban adaptability, using her knowledge and skills to create a landscape design based on your vision, lifestyle and maintenance needs. All Clients receive a personalized dcolor planview design with a pictorial plant portfolio of all plant species recommended for your yard. Your input and questions during the design phase are encouraged to ensure your yard is a reflection of you! Cyndi and Brett will personally meet with the concrete contractor to design the flow of your sidewalk and driveway based on your desires, on planting day she arrives with the crew to set the location of all elements of your landscape: trees, shrubs, plant beds, ect. to make certain all of your concerns and desires are addressed.
Brett performs all physical aspects of your project! Brett specializes in rough grade, finish grade, irrigation design and installation, drainage, retaining walls, natural stone as well as brick patios, firepits (gas or wood), outdoor kitchens, installing fiberglass swimming pools and landscape lighting. Brett grew up working the family business, spending his childhood at the tree nursery, running equipment and helping with daily chores of the tree nursery. His fascination with the mechanics and abilities of the construction equipment sparked a passion for creating functional landscapes that compliment the natural setting through the contouring of dirt or adding rolling berms to create your private haven.
